    Dr. Daniel Sarpong, Endowed Chair and Director of the Center for Minority Health and Health Disparities Research & Education and Associate Professor, College of Pharmacy. Dr. Sarpong's research goals include: 1) to examine the integration of socio-behavioral factors and pharmacologic management of hypertension, diabetes, and dyslipidemia in high-risk minority patients in large epidemiological and clinical studies; and 2) to further the understanding of the nexus between drug abuse and cardiovascular disease.
