    Collapse overview
My research focused on caries and periodontal disease, diabetes and obesity and oral clefts I have a broad background in (22 years) on clinical and epidemiological research on the areas of periodontal disease with specific expertise in key research areas for this application as proteomics. In addition, I successfully administered other projects (e.g. staffing, research protections, budget), collaborated with other researchers, and produced several peer-reviewed publications from each project. I am aware of the importance of frequent communication among project members and of constructing a realistic research plan, timeline, and budget. The current application position is based on my prior work. In summary, I have a demonstrated record of successful and productive research projects in an area of high oral health research relevance.

PMC Citations indicate the number of times the publication was cited by articles in PubMed Central, and the Altmetric score represents citations in news articles and social media. (Note that publications are often cited in additional ways that are not shown here.) Fields are based on how the National Library of Medicine (NLM) classifies the publication's journal and might not represent the specific topic of the publication. Translation tags are based on the publication type and the MeSH terms NLM assigns to the publication. Some publications (especially newer ones and publications not in PubMed) might not yet be assigned Field or Translation tags.) Click a Field or Translation tag to filter the publications.
