One primary objective (Specific Aim 1) of this study is to determine the feasibility and tolerability of anodal transcranial
direct current stimulation of the motor cortex to ameliorate pain in painful chemotherapy induced peripheral neuropathy
(CIPN).
The second primary objective (Specific Aim 2) of this study is to determine brain structures in the DPMN whose volume
are associated with painful CIPN in non-Hispanic Blacks (NHBs) and non-Hispanic Whites (NHWs).
The third primary objective (Specific Aim 2) of this study is to determine functional MRI responses to mechanical and
heat pain associated with CIPN in NHBs and NHWs.
