This page shows the details of why an item matched the keywords from your search.
One or more keywords matched the following properties of Inyushin, Mikhail
PropertyValue
overview Our work focuses on low-affinity, high-capacity monoamine transporters found on brain cells named astrocytes. The literature, and our preliminary data, suggests a special role for these transporters during chronic use of addictive drugs or during other situations leading to monoamine disbalance. Studying of these transporters give a new target for the pharmacotherapy to challenge monoamine disbalance and may eventually lead to a new treatments for some of these diseases.
